Despite having some success with Woodstock, Matthews Southern Comfort never really got a great deal of exposure. Ian (or Iain) Matthews has resumed a solo career having spent some time working for a record company. Two of the albums are well worth a listen - Second Spring and Later That Same Year. I haven't heard Scion, and the first album Matthews Southern Comfort isn't representative of the quality the band achieved later.
