Stone The Crows


A fine, bluesy group featuring the vocal power of Maggie Bell.The band made four albums before splitting up. Jim Dewar left the band to join up with Robin Trower, co-writing many of the Trower classics including In City Dreams, Caledonia and Long Misty Days. Les Harvey, brother of Alex Harvey, was electrocuted onstage in 1972.

Maggie Bell has been touring with Paul Jones (The Manfreds) and appeared on his Radio 2 programme on 21st December, 2006. She also performed at the Ahmet Ertegun tribute
